CLQ 3401 C30/NR: History Art & Science of Healing
Different cultures and ethnicities have approached disease and disorders in diverse ways with an array of modalities reflecting the knowledge and beliefs of the time. This course will examine disease and humankind and the historical impact of the relationship between the two. We will look back, with the advantage of the knowledge of today, at the evolution of science and human perceptions of disease, health, and those who gave care. Corequisite:
