Are you eating justly or just eating? Do you think about what you eat, where it came from, or the effect of your choices on your health or the health of the environment? This course highlights the important linkages between healthy food systems, healthy people, and environmental sustainability and builds an analytical framework for change through reflection on traditional and modern food practices, evidence-based research findings and active engagement in local and global reform movements.
