AFSAFS121 Farm to Table


Bring New England seasonal bounty to your table. Create mouthwatering dishes from appetizers to desserts using the freshest local products available. Learn to recognize what produce is available during this time and when it is at it's peak of ripeness. Sustainable and organic agriculture and how to support it will also be discussed. Comfortable clothing is suggested; sneakers or non-skid shoes, baseball cap, and an apron. Please bring along your favorite knife from home. Cost of class includes a perishable fee.
