AFS015 Contemporary Cocktail Classics

Who doesn't love a great cocktail party? Learn how to prepare some fantastic classic beverages with a twist-Manhattan with marinated cherries, key lime martini and pomegranate cosmopolitan! We'll accompany the cocktails with some interesting and foolproof hors d'oeuvres. Julia Child's shrimp and garlic, Rachel Ray's macadamia nut chutney cheese ball, and many original recipes such as Greek chicken skewers, artichoke dip with panko parmesan crust, and Asian scallops. Please bring a martini glass, knife, apron, kitchen towels and containers to each class. Cost of class includes perishable fee.
