Fall is the time to start cooking up a storm! Explore many classic recipes that will feed a crowd (many are suitable for freezing.) Recipes include rosemary lemon chicken, pork and sweet potato stew, lasagna bolognese, and Freda's beef stew as well as accompaniments such as pumpkin chutney, country biscuits, pickled carrots and apple crisp. Please bring apron, knives, kitchen towels and containers. Cost of class includes perishable fee.
