AFS010 Italian Pastries

Do you love a good Italian pastry? Join our  Pastry Chef  and learn how to make them from scratch! From Cannoli's, Paragini, Éclairs, Cream Puffs and more. Baking techniques will also be covered. Please bring an apron to class. Cost of class includes perishable fee.
