AFS003 Tastes of India

Learn the history of Indian cuisine and the various Indian culinary techniques. Explore the various spices, fresh herbs, and grains used in Indian cooking.  Recipes include Chicken Tandoori, Mango Shakes, Biryani (rice dishes), Chutneys and Raita (yogurt mix). Please bring, knives, kitchen towls and containers to each class. Cost of class includes perishable fee.
