Program Description:
The degree provides students with a broad education to interpret and understand their roles as professionals in industry and society. Students will demonstrate initiative, leadership, teamwork and effective communication skills.
Program Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Identify, formulate and solve basic engineering problems
- Demonstrate and communicate basic knowledge and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities in Engineering
- Demonstrate analytical abilities, critical thinking skills and an understanding of the basic laws of calculus/algebra-based physics
- Demonstrate basic skills in engineering design and research by conducting experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results
