EDUC5015 Advanced Research Methods: Focusing on Social Justice and Equity in Elementary Education

This course will introduce participants to the characteristics and various approaches to designing and conducting research projects with a focus on equity issues. Students will gain hands-on experience in various research methods and analysis techniques while carrying out an equity-focused research in professional settings.  The course will provide students with methods and tools of analysis for enhancing their own professional learning, developing a reflective practitioner lens, and examining equity issues in their own professional contexts.
