PEHP 1150 Kickboxing

This is a beginning physical activity course in which students will develop the basic skills necessary to participate in kickboxing. Instruction will focus on kickboxing mechanics, health benefits, important equipment, and the history and origin.  Basic fitness and training principles will be discussed as applicable to the activity of kickboxing.
