PEHP 1157 Running

This is a beginning physical activity course in which students will develop the basic skills necessary to participate in running. Instruction will focus on running mechanics, health benefits, important equipment, and the history and origin.  Basic fitness and training principles will be discussed as applicable to the activity of running.
