PEHP 1139 Yoga

This is a beginning physical activity course in which students will develop the basic skills necessary to participate in yoga. Instruction will focus on yoga mechanics, health benefits, important equipment, and the history and origin.  Basic fitness and training principles will be discussed as applicable to the activity of yoga.
