PEHP 1147 Tai Chi

This is a beginning physical activity course in which students will develop the basic skills necessary to participate in tai chi. Instruction will focus on tai chi mechanics, health benefits, important equipment, and the history and origin.  Basic fitness and training principles will be discussed as applicable to the activity of tai chi.
