EDUC 3305 Law for Early Childhood Administrators
An in-depth examination of current legal bases and practices for organizing and conducting a human service organization, such as a private school, child care center, Head Start Agency, resource and referral organization or family support agency. This course emphasizes court cases, legal liability, legal issues involved in insurance, legal and ethical issues, child abuse, due process, and the rights of children.
