EDUC 3379 Instruction and Assessment

Instruction and Assessment engages teacher candidates in the analysis, interpretation, and application of assessment procedures with an emphasis on the interrelationship of curriculum, instruction, and assessment in classroom settings. This professional development course examines the characteristics and uses of a wide variety of evaluation and assessment tools. Preservice teachers will develop the ability to analyze data in order to plan appropriate instruction and learn how to communicate student outcomes to various audiences.
