Immunization Records
Matriculated
students must provide evidence of all immunizations as required by New York
State law. All students, matriculated or
not, born after 1957, taking 6 or more credits in one semester or session,
unless courses are taken entirely off-campus, are required by state law to
provide proof of all specified immunizations. Contact the Health Center to
submit evidence or to obtain further information.
