AFS134 Wine & Food Pairing

Take the mystery out of matching food with wine. Explore different wines to compliment your traditional holiday foods. Instructor Tony Gallo will bring a cooked turkey and other delights to class to sample with various wines. Bring four wine glasses to class. Must be 21 years or older to attend. A perishable fee to cover wine and food is included in price of class.
