Unofficial Transcript

Students can view their unofficial transcript at any time in Einstein - the University’s Student Informatiion System (wtu.orbund.com).. (Note that classes in the current quarter, for which grades have not been submitted, will display as ‘IP’ meaning In Progress.) The transcript displays a student’s individual course grades, quarter GPA, and cumulative GPA.

Official Transcript

Upon completion of degree requirements, a transcript (a copy of a student’s academic record) is sent to a graduate with his/her diploma. (This transcript will be labelled ‘Issued to Student’ and should not be considered an official transcript.)

Transcript Requests

A student may request an official transcript(s) at any time either online or by mail. Full directions for requesting transcripts can be found at: https://www.washtechu.org/ transcript.

Note: There is a $25 fee associated with an official transcript. The University will only issue a transcript if the student's account is paid in full.
