Payment

Registration opens approximately four weeks before the first class session of the quarter. As soon as a student registers for classes, an invoice will be provided, specifying the tuition and fees due for the quarter and the date when payment is due, which will be three business days before the first day of the quarter. A late charge will occur if tuition payment is overdue. Each payment made will be applied to the oldest outstanding obligation.

Refunds

Prior to midnight of the first Thursday of a term (the Drop date for that term as published in the Academic Calendar), a student can cancel their enrollment in a course and receive a full refund of the amount paid for that course. To cancel enrollment in a course the student must submit a course drop request to the Registrar’s Office. The student is responsible for knowing class drop deadlines and for all requests to drop classes. Non-attendance does not constitute a drop.

Students who are withdrawn from a course or courses for disciplinary reasons forfeit the right to a refund of any portion of their tuition and fees.

Loans

WTU does not make loans to students. Tuition payment plans may be arranged with the Finance office on a case-by-case basis.
