EDUC5022 Leadership Theory and Practice for Social Justice
This course explores contemporary leadership theories, models, and concepts using a theory-to-practice-to theory framework. A special emphasis is placed on theories and applications that promote social justice and equity. Students will examine ways of implementing change in their schools, with a focus on employing 21st century leadership strategies.
