Release of Student Records

Official student records will not be released until:

1. All admission documents are filed in the Office of Admissions & Registrar's at both campuses.
2. The Financial Aid Center has given a clearance for any student who has any type of loan.
3. All borrowed items and materials have been returned to departments or faculty.
4. All monies owed to the college have been paid.
5. There are no "holds" on the student’s record.
6. The Office of Admissions & Registrar's will not release any student records to students who have a hold with the Student Financial Aid & Veteran's Affairs Services Center.
