CLQ 3091 HO/PO: Law & the Arts
?Ignorance of the law is never a sufficient legal defense. Thus, understanding the practicalities of the law has a beneficial application in every aspect of modern life. This course, focused on art law, teaches students not only how to survive, but also to thrive in our legal system. This will be accomplished by using art law as a focused model, while demonstrating how this foundational model has much broader reach.
