Course Description
CLINICAL-(LVN-RN Transition) A health-related work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills, and concepts. Direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional. Emphasis is on the transition of the LVN to the role of the professional nurse in clinical decision making using the nursing process and medical-surgical nursing skills. Builds on skills and concepts of caring, communication, competence, and clinical decision making. Concurrent: RNSG 1327 and 2213. Assessment Levels: R3, E3, M3.

Must have level 3 in Reading, English and Math
