Course Description
TRANSITION FROM VOCATIONAL TO PROFESSIONAL NURSING Content includes health promotion, expanded assessment, analysis of data, critical thinking skills and systematic problem solving process, pharmacology, interdisciplinary teamwork, communication, and applicable competencies in knowledge, judgment, skills, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework throughout the life span. Prerequisites: BIOL 2401, 2402, 2420, CHEM 1406, PSYC 2301, 2314. Concurrent: RNSG 1263. Assessment Levels: R3, E3, M3.
