HPW 21700 Wellness and Strength Conditioning

Students will have an opportunity to reinforce and master an overall understanding of fitness and wellness. This will be achieved by applying skills necessary to make fitness and wellness with an emphasis on strength and conditioning an integral part of their everyday lives. Topics covered range from understanding safe personal and lifetime fitness programming and execution, nutrition and body composition, stress management, and decision-making skills through class lectures and activity sessions in the fitness center.
