HPW 20200 Wellness and Team Sports
Students will reinforce and master an overall understanding of fitness and wellness. This will be achieved by applying skills necessary to make fitness and wellness with an emphasis on team sport activities an integral part of their everyday lives. Students will understand the lifetime fitness benefits of participating and developing skills in a variety of team sports. Students will learn skills and strategies to enhance overall wellness through nutrition, body composition, stress management and decision-making skills through class lectures and activity sessions.
