HPW 20000 Mental and Physical Wellness

Students will have an opportunity to reinforce and master an overall understanding of fitness, wellness and mental health. An instructor lead approach to enhance mind-body skills necessary to achieve positive mental health and lifetime fitness habits. Students will explore a variety of mind-body physical activities to balance everyday life responsibilities.
