LGS 10910 Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate

Wills, trusts, financial planning and more. Students will have the opportunity to examine the basics of estate planning, probate, and elder law. Topics covered include intestacy, wills, advance directives, guardianship, trusts and financial planning. Students will draft various legal documents such as a will and power of attorney.
