LGS 10710 Contract Law

Negotiations, signing contracts, and contract disputes are examined. Students will have the opportunity to review and draft simple contracts. An analysis of both common law contracts and Uniform Commercial Code principles are conducted. Topics also include contract formation, consideration, mutual assent, legality, enforceability, sales, breach and remedies.
