HUS 1431 Issues in Addiction Prevention
This is a course for social and human services students/professionals working in the addictions prevention field or related areas. Attention will be given to various prevention strategies, their strengths and weaknesses, research findings in the field as well as their implications, and to special populations and their specific needs. 45 class hours.
