IDS158 Yoga, Meditation, & Stress Management 2
An advanced application of stress management skills based on a modern western yoga philosophy. The emphasis is on learning various advanced breathing, stress management, and meditation techniques along with a consistent yoga and meditation practice to be academically understood and experientially applied. This course is designed for students of all ages with basic physical abilities. Fulfills humanities, liberal arts, and open electives.
