Sport Studies
Introduction & Overview
The interdisciplinary coursework in the Sports Studies program exposes students to the culture, history, politics, business, physiology, and psychology of sport, establishing a foundation of knowledge to prepare students for a variety of post-graduation paths. Career opportunities include the fields of professional, amateur and youth sports, education and careers and graduate school interests in sports business and management, physical education, sport psychology, sport law, coaching, sport communication/journalism, and many more.
