PSY 2052 Developmental Psychology: Adult Development
After adolescence, we continue to develop as an adaptive response to continuous changes in life circumstances. We will study the current theories about development during adulthood and then examine what current research can tell us about adults' capabilities, changes in these capabilities that occur over time, influences of the environment on development (including family, work, health), and influences of adults on their own environments and development between early and late adulthood. (Open to Bio, Dance/Thtre, Acct/Eco/Fin/Mgt/Mktg, Psychology, and Sport Stdies majors. Psychology minors may submit an approved FACO form for registration)
