PEHP 1114 Weight Training

This is a beginning physical activity course in which students will develop the basic skills necessary to participate in weight training. Instruction will focus on weight training mechanics, health benefits, important equipment, and the history and origin.  Basic fitness and training principles will be discussed as applicable to the activity of weight training.
