Requirement Notes

HLS102: This requirement may be fulfilled by substituting BIO103 and BIO104 - Anatomy & Physiology 1 & 2 with grades of C (73%) or better.

OFT116: Students must attain a final grade of C- to meet graduation requirement.

OFT138 is a 30-hour supervised work place experience. Students must satisfy the following requirements to participate: A) Provide immunization record, B) Complete satisfactory CORI-SORI checks, and C) Obtain liability insurance.
