Performance Requirements
Students are not required to perform but have the option of performing, either instrumentally or vocally, as part of the Senior Capstone presentation. However, students are encouraged to develop performance skills on at least one instrument or voice.

B.A. in Music Technology students who wish to perform instrumentally or vocally as part of their capstone presentations are required to study applied music for at least three semesters on campus and must register for applied music lessons during the semester in which the recital is presented. The Recital Participation Form is available as a link on the Music Department web page and in the Music Department Office.  Please see the section on Procedures for Senior Recitals at the end of the section on Music.

Students choosing not to perform for their capstone presentation should present lecture demonstrations of their work as part of MUH 3998.

Students pursuing a B.A. in Music Technology must have a minimum of 90 liberal arts credits.
