Program Learning Outcomes
The M.S. in Accounting program has three core student learning goals for the graduate (M.S.) degree, each with related student learning outcomes.
Technical Competence. Students graduating with an M.S. in Accounting from the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business are expected to demonstrate technical competence in advanced accounting, auditing, analytics, and tax subjects.
Ethical Principles. Students graduating with an M.S. in Accounting from the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business are expected to understand the ethical implications of business decisions that impact organizations, communications, and society.
Communication Skills. Students graduating with an M.S. in Accounting from the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business are expected to communicate the results and significance of their technical work in ways that meet the needs and expectations of their employers, clients, and other stakeholders.
