PSY 3063 Psychology of Hope

This course explores the psychological construct of hope and what it means to be hopeful. Calling upon research from the field of positive psychology, as well as using an interdisciplinary lens to capture definitions of hope from fields such as nursing, theology, and political science, we will discuss hope from multiple perspectives and learn practical strategies for becoming more hopeful.
