MFA 526 Research & Writing in the Arts

Students are introduced to the conventions of research and academic writing within higher education, with an emphasis on the visual, performing, and creative arts. Students will learn to critically engage with literature, synthesize diverse perspectives, and write for both scholarly and practitioner audiences, with a focus on developing practice-led research. (3 sem. hrs.)
