OMED 8210 Hospital Medicine Elective Clerkship

The purpose of this two-week experience is to provide the learner with exposure to commonly encountered cases in hospital medicine in an inpatient setting. To accomplish this, the elective clerkship provides exposure to both chronic and acute problems, experience in appropriate consultation, diagnostic testing, patient education, and other procedures.
