NURS 4650 Professional Leadership Capstone
This course focuses on the transition from a student nurse role to professional nurse and the acquisition of the knowledge and skills required to perform as a nurse manager and leader. Topics include the basic concepts, theories, and clinical practice needed for effective coordination of patient care in complex and ambiguous settings. This course includes an immersion clinical practicum.
Prerequisite
Requires successful completion of previous level BSN nursing courses for corresponding tracks.
