BINT 4360H Startup Models Beyond Borders
This course is designed to expose student to the strategies and tactics for planning supply chain networks. Students will have the opportunity to gain real world experience by visiting the processing plants of relevant industry networks & supplier clusters in Guanajuato Mexico; and consulting with a U.S. importer of products/services from suppliers in Mexico. Students will learn how to assess and develop cross-border startups and innovate cross-border supply chain business models. The overall objective is to enable students to create cross-border businesses and cross-border startups.
