CJ 205 Criminal Law
This course covers selected topics in substantive criminal law and include the core elements of many crimes. The principles underlying the definition of crime such a the requirements of actus reus, mens rea and the concurrence of both are examined at length. Principles of justification and excuse are examined in detail.
