EHP 11400 Boot Camp Conditioning

This course offers students an opportunity to develop a strong foundation and increase their overall work capacity across multiple areas of fitness. Areas of focus will include but are not limited to; cardio-respiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, stamina, agility, coordination, and mental fortitude. This course is suitable for anyone from beginners to the exercise enthusiast. Personal assessments will include but are not limited to the Police and Military fitness tests. Testing conditions are adapted as necessary.
