EHP 11200 Functional Cross Training
This course is designed to improve general physical preparedness (GPP) through a cross training exercise regimen. The course content will focus on proper mechanics, program design, and innovative strategies/uses of the fitness equipment. Students taking this course you will gain an understanding of how to efficiently train for a lifetime of physical fitness. Students will learn to program and scale workouts with the concept of variation as the key to continuous development within the body.
