EHP 14600 Lifeguard Training

Students learn the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illness until EMS can take over. Students must be at least 15 years old and pass a pre-course skills assessment, which will be administered on the first day of class. Upon successful completion of the course students receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED.
