Career Skills Academy
At RCC, the philosophy is the College is for everyone and success is attainable through all levels of training and education. The Career Skills Academy was created in recognition of the high demand to fill "middle skills" jobs that require more education than a high school diploma, but less than a college degree. Students enrolled in a Career Skills Academy program can gain workforce certifications in a few short months. These programs have also been designed to provide future opportunities to obtain industry-specific certifications. In addition, students are eligible to transfer credits into a RCC degree program.
