KSH 224 Kosher Cakes & Tortes

Through hands-on learning, students will prepare various kosher cakes and tortes using classic and modern techniques of cake baking and decorating. Students will develop planning techniques, assembly of layer cakes, and decorative elements. The preparation of specialty cakes for weddings and other Jewish celebrations will be covered.
