KSH 250 Kosher Baking Pop-up Café

Students will develop the skills needed to operate a pop-up patisserie café and kiosk including writing a business plan as well as receive, store and manage ingredients and supplies. In addition, students will create and execute pastry and food items. Beverage preparation will be taught and integrated into the pop-up patisserie.
