EHP 126 Introduction to Fitness and Wellness
This course will allow students to gain an overall understanding of the world of fitness and wellness. Students will acquire the skills necessary to make fitness and wellness an integral part of their everyday lives. Subject matter will include: understanding safe personal and lifetime fitness programming, nutrition and body composition, stress management and decision-making skills through class lectures and activity sessions such as programming and performing workouts or keeping a food diary.
